12 weeks on your own projects. 350,000 XAF per participant before tax, from 10 participants. Your team leaves with reviewed portfolios and an employer evidence report. First cohorts from February 2027.

Leadership programmes for ministries and public bodies

Start with a paid diagnostic (2,500,000 XAF before tax). The programme is scoped and priced from what the diagnostic finds. Delivered within the NPMTI Africa frame.

What does the team build?

Each participant applies the method to a live project and leaves with a reviewed portfolio. The sponsor receives an employer evidence report.

How is progress reported?

A short report at mid-point and at the end: participation, reviewed outputs and what changed in the work.

What is the minimum size?

10 participants per group.

How is it invoiced?

One invoice in XAF, before tax. Public bodies can pay against a purchase order.

How is our data handled?

Project details stay in the learning platform, participants can anonymise them, and nothing is shared over WhatsApp.
